The 2025 HBMA Revenue Cycle Conference will take place at the Niagara Falls Convention Center in Niagara Falls, NY, from October 6–8, 2025. Hosted by the Healthcare Business Management Association (HBMA), the conference brings together revenue cycle professionals, healthcare administrators, and industry experts to explore strategies, best practices, and emerging trends in healthcare revenue cycle management.

The three-day conference includes a variety of educational and networking activities. Day 1 features an optional Maid of the Mist boat ride and a welcome reception. Day 2 includes a keynote by Mark Cunningham on “The RCM Deal Playbook,” plus sessions on cybersecurity and revenue cycle efficiency. Day 3 offers insights from the payor’s perspective and a panel discussion on optimizing revenue cycle performance.

The official Whova app will enhance the attendee experience, providing access to the schedule, exhibitors, and networking opportunities. Exhibit booths are mostly sold out, though sponsorship packages with booths are still available. Attendees can book the HBMA hotel block at $159 per night until September 12, 2025. The conference is a comprehensive platform for learning, networking, and discovering innovative healthcare revenue cycle solutions.

Registration is open with both regular and onsite options. Regular registration (July 26–October 1, 2025) is $999 for HBMA members, $1,149 for non-members, and $649 for guests with exhibit hall access. Onsite registration (October 6–8, 2025) costs $1,249 for members, $1,399 for non-members, and $899 for guests. These options provide access to keynote sessions, general sessions, networking events, and the exhibit hall.
